Each module is designed to be completed within 15 minutes of study time and they are well structured and designed, with fresh and engaging creative treatments, and utilising a variety of learner interaction and assessment methods.

Appraisal Interviews: An appraisal interview presents an opportunity for appraisees to clarify anomalies in their job descriptions, review their performance and resolve work-related problems. This module explores how to prepare for the appraisal interview, what types of questions to ask and what to consider moving forward.

Coaching & Mentoring: This module explores the difference between coaching and mentoring. We will look at how to coach and mentor effectively and how to create a personal development plan.

Decision Making: Decisions need to be made on a daily basis, but what is the best way to make a decision? This module looks at the ICES process and the use of a decision matrix to help you to make a choice.

Effective Delegation: Delegation is vital to the success of a team. This module will explore the benefits of delegation, deciding what to delegate, planning and then briefing your team and monitoring the teams progress.

Making Objectives Happen: Objectives are part of our everyday working lives. This module explores the four main types of objective and how to achieve these objectives by following the Make Objectives Happen Loop.

Setting Objectives: Objectives provide individuals with a sense of direction. This module explores the four types of objectives and the characteristics of each. We will look at the S.M.A.R.T method of setting objectives and the two primary approaches, top down and bottoms up.
