Effective Delegation: Delegation is vital to the success of a team. This module will explore the benefits of delegation, deciding what to delegate, planning and then briefing your team and monitoring the teams progress.
Making Objectives Happen: Objectives are part of our everyday working lives. This module explores the four main types of objective and how to achieve these objectives by following the Make Objectives Happen Loop.
Setting Objectives: Objectives provide individuals with a sense of direction. This module explores the four types of objectives and the characteristics of each. We will look at the S.M.A.R.T method of setting objectives and the two primary approaches, top down and bottoms up.
